Business Law

At Scott David Krueger Chartered, Scott Krueger has a wealth of knowledge and experience, having previously worked for a number of years in Washington, D.C. for the prominent global accounting firm of KPMG. Scott first worked as a certified public accountant and financial auditor, and then as a corporate and business tax C.P.A. in KPMG's tax department. In addition, for many years Scott has been privileged to represent and help business professionals, including his client roster of accountants, physicians, engineers, attorneys, entrepeneurs, professors, and "mom and pop" businesses, and numerous  small to medium sized local businesses in a variety of legal business matters throughout Gainesville, Ocala, and the north Florida area. His knowledge and diligence provides you with the ability to understand and properly confront today's laws, rules and regulations of business and contracts. Business legal needs often have special circumstances, and cannot be met with a one-size-fits-all approach. That is why we think, and then tailor a legal plan of action to resolve your particular situation.
